• Once your order is placed regarding printed frames, please allow 5–7 business days for preparation and packaging.
• For original paintings or custom-made pieces, production and drying times may vary, as its from 14 to 20 businesss days
• Delays may occur due to public holidays or unforeseen courier circumstances, but we always do our best to ensure your order arrives as smoothly as possible
• We currently ship across Egypt and offer international shipping upon request.
• All orders are shipped through reliable courier partners, please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly during checkout to avoid any delays or misdelivery

• Because each piece is made or printed specially for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, with clear photos of the artwork and packaging.
• We’ll gladly review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

• Custom and commissioned pieces are made exclusively for you — therefore, they are nonrefundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.
• We’ll keep you involved throughout the creative process to ensure your complete satisfaction before delivery.
